The 3040 Series 3-Valve Differential Pressure Manifold Valves in compact style are specifically engineered for compatibility with differential pressure transmitters that include two isolation valves and an equalizing valve for precise pressure measurement. Each manifold undergoes stringent 100% helium leak testing to ensure reliable and consistent performance, achieving a leak rate of 1 x 10-4 ml/s.

Designed with a blow-out proof stem, these valves provide an additional seal in the fully open position for enhanced security. FKM o-ring seals and PTFE back-up rings beneath the stem threads offer protection against corrosion and galling, with the option for PTFE or Graphite packing for further customization. All stem threads are rolled to ensure durability, strength, and ease of operation in demanding environments.
